The opal is oval, blue and green with predominately flashes of red in a pinfire pattern, and has been set with 4 claws within the setting. The opal measures 10x8mm. Triplet opals are a fraction of the cost of solid opals, yet they display all the vivid colours. It is important not to wear triplet opal in water.
