This opal pendant measures 27mm x 10.3mm including bail.

Australian opals are among the most precious gemstones in the world and are known for their eye-catching beauty and array of vivid colours. They range from 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale of hardness. Triplet opals are not to be worn in water as water can seep between the layers. Also however they do not like detergents, or any chemicals. It requires care when wearing so as to not scratch or break the stone.
