Perfect for adding an element of sophisticated charm to any piece of jewellery, this gem is sure to catch the eye with its unique coloration and precise cut. This faceted emerald cut tourmaline measures approximately 8.24mm x 8.19mm x 5.10mm and weighing approximately 2.95 carats in total. The tourmaline is blue green in colour and mainly clear of inclusions, apart from a fissure which comes through to the back facets in one corner suggesting it has not had heat treatment. The rough gemstone has been sourced from Afghanistan.
