Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, using tracked and insured delivery services.

For pieces that are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and Australia Post service standards. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces require a production period prior to dispatch.

Production time typically ranges between 6–14 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current workshop schedule. We will contact you when your piece is completed and ready for either:

  • Collection from our Cairns boutique, or
  • Secure shipping via Australia Post

If you require a piece by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most destinations.

International orders are sent via secure, tracked courier services. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will vary depending on the destination.

Please contact us prior to placing an international order if you would like clarification regarding:

  • Shipping methods
  • Estimated delivery times
  • Shipping costs

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may be payable in the destination country.


Returns & Exchanges

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded or limited by the following policy.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces

Bespoke, made-to-order, engraved or resized pieces are custom-created to your individual specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.

However, client satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your bespoke piece, please contact us and we will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.


Ready-to-Ship Collection Pieces

Jewellery purchased from our collection (including ready-to-ship rings and in-stock fine jewellery) may be exchanged for:

  • Another piece from our collection, or
  • A credit note for future use

To be eligible for exchange or credit, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Be unworn and undamaged
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include any certificates (e.g. diamond certificates)

Jewellery that has been resized, engraved or altered cannot be exchanged.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or credited unless faulty.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.


Return Process

If you wish to request an exchange or credit, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at:

We will provide return instructions. Items must not be sent back without prior contact.

Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked and insured postage, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
