Tahitian Pearl & Diamond Earrings In 18K White Gold

The colour of the Tahitian pearls have of beautiful lustre with greenish undertones.

Tahitian pearls come in a range of colours from white to black. They can contain various undertones and overtones of green, pink, blue, silver and yellow. The most valuable of these are of the darker variety, as the naturally dark tones of the Tahitian pearls is a unique quality among pearls.

Grown in the oyster called Pinctada Margaritifera unique for its black lip and its notably large size.  These saltwater oysters are mainly found in Tahiti and other surrounding Polynesian islands in the Pacific Ocean.
